Meet Nicole

A desire to be a nurse, a love for children, and the fun and discipline of soccer are three components that make Nicole a great Northlight Nanny.

A graduate of Western Michigan University, Nicole is planning to continue her education to receive her nursing degree.  Already, CPR certified, Nicole is currently using her health degree and love for children to volunteer at the DeVos Children’s Hospital, watching over and entertaining hospitalized children when their parents need to step away.

Throughout high school and college, Nicole played soccer.  Her passion for soccer helped her develop strong self-discipline, a love for activity and an early opportunity to see herself as a role model. Nicole witnessed all the young girls that watched her games, and attended soccer camps she coached, and knew that her actions set an example for those girls on good behavior on the field and off.

Nicole is quick to admit that she loves activity, loves bringing new ideas and creativity to the children she’s caring for. Nicole appreciates that her soccer camps, babysitting opportunities and volunteering have given her opportunities to work with all age groups. Now, Nicole is using these skills to bring great childcare to Northlight families.
